A place to slow down, understand what’s going on, and find a clearer way forward.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to do next. Maybe anxiety or stress has been building for a while.
Or something in your life isn’t working the way it used to. Your relationships, your work, or your sense of direction. You may be used to handling things on your own.
But at a certain point, it helps to have a space where you can talk things through and make sense of what’s happening. Individual therapy gives you that space.

What Brings People to Therapy
People come to therapy for different reasons, but some common themes include:
- ongoing anxiety or stress
- feeling stuck or uncertain about the future
- relationship challenges or patterns that keep repeating
- difficulty expressing emotions or feeling disconnected
- life transitions or major decisions
- a general sense that something isn’t quite right
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Often, part of the process is understanding what’s actually going on.
How I work
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in understanding patterns.
We’ll pay attention to how you think, how you relate to others, and how past experiences may be shaping your current situation. Over time, this helps you see things more clearly and respond differently.
This isn’t about quick fixes, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and making changes that last.
In our work together, you can expect a pace that allows for real understanding, not just surface-level change.
Therapy for Men
I have a particular focus on working with men.
Many of the men I work with are used to being self-reliant and may not have had much space to reflect on what they’re feeling or how their relationships are affected.
It might be hard for you to put things into words, or feel unsure what therapy is supposed to look like. That’s completely normal.
Our work can help you:
- better understand your emotional world
- improve how you communicate in relationships
- feel more grounded and clear in your decisions
- develop a more intentional way of moving through life
Therapy for Women
I also work with women who are navigating stress, relationship challenges, and questions about identity, direction, or balance.
Are you inundated by competing demands, unsure how to prioritize yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel right? Therapy offers a place to step back, sort through what you’re feeling, and reconnect with a clearer sense of what you want and need.
What you can Expect
Over time, therapy can help you:
- feel more clear and less overwhelmed
- understand and shift patterns that keep you stuck
- communicate more effectively in your relationships
- feel more grounded in your choices and direction
- develop a stronger sense of self-trust
- set boundaries and stick to them when it matters
